How the information collected is used
FairTradeNet.org offers its affiliates
the opportunity to have job postings forwarded to them by email. FairNetTraders'
email addresses are required for this purpose. FairNetTraders are also
given the option of showing their names, professional qualifications,
etc., on their profile pages, or on bids made for jobs. This information
is entered, and shown by FairNetTraders.
The FairNetTrader's legal name serves the purpose of uniquely identifying
a FairNetTrader within the FairTradeNet.org
system. It is used not only when logging in, but also to refer to the
FairNetTrader in public areas of the site. The password is used solely
for the purpose of login, and is not shown anywhere.
The password reminder is provided by a FairNetTrader for no other purpose
than to refresh his or her memory. In the event he or she forgets the
password the FairNetTrader can submit a request and the reminder will
be sent to the email address on file. FairTradeNet.org
does not share information with anyone.
Control of the information
FairNetTraders have full control over their personal information and the
manner in which it is used. FairNetTraders who wish to change any of the
information they have provided, may do so at any time.
